I could not have been more impressed with the outstanding service and professional work that I received this past week from service technician, Dominic Crocetta! My daughter and I both brought our Lexuses in service and professional work that I received this past week from service technician, Dominic Crocetta! My daughter and I both brought our Lexuses in to Dominic for service. He was very friendly and listened carefully to our concerns, even jotting down notes as we spoke. He treated our Lexuses as though they were his very own - carefully inspectinging our vehicles' engines and all mechanical functions to ensure that everything was performing as it should. He went beyond the service that we brought our vehicles in for in that he replaced my car's battery under warrantee, which unbenownst to me was leaking acid. He also called up our vehicles' milage histories and made appropriate recommendations to keep our cars running smoothly. Furthermore, he kept me informed every step of the way with regards to our cars' repairs with helpful, daily emails which detailed our vehicles' repair statuses. My highest rating goes out to Dominic - he is truly awesome! More
Wow! Just got off the phone with Fred a sales manager here. Was told to never call back and bug "his" sales people! What kind of sales manager says that?! It seems crazy that you have something I want to buy and to be told that no, we won't sell it to you! Ridiculous actually. And then in the end, Fred kinda yelled into the phone: "DO YOU READ ME?! Don't call back!" ...Yes, yes I do, loud and clear! I am hoping he will realize that it pays to be nice to other people. As I write this, I am kinda still in shock. I have never had any dealer tell me off like that, and I have been buying cars for a while. Well if someone sane works at this organization, you know my number. More
I showe up without an appointment and Mr.Sinker professionally took care of me an made me feel like a guest in his home. He was always smiling and showed great enthusiasm. I proudly own one of the most incredible cars that Lexus made, a Pebble Beach edition Sc430 which I purchased in 2006. Over the years you have always provided consistently excellent service. Not only do you provide superior quality service for my vehicle, you make me feel as if I am very important to you and your business. Always friendly, always accommodating and above all, always professional. With your assistance I will be keeping my car for a very long time. I had been looking for a 2009 Dodge Challenger online and finally found the right one at Lexus of Orlando. I live out of state so I had to fly from the airport in Chattanooga Tn., to Orlando Fl.. When I arri finally found the right one at Lexus of Orlando. I live out of state so I had to fly from the airport in Chattanooga Tn., to Orlando Fl.. When I arrived in Orlando Jorge Laucirica, Product Specialist met me at the airport and took me to the dealership. By the time we arrived at the dealership Jorge made me feel as if I was part of his family! The Showroom was beautiful as was the entire dealership! Jorge introduced me to Steve Wofford, Sales Manager. Steve, who turned out to be a great guy shook my hand as he asked me how my flight was and welcomed me to Orlando. From there we did some paperwork and as I waited to go see the finance manager, Steve and Jorge made sure I was fed all the turkey wraps, chips, cookies and soft drinks I could handle (very tasty)! Jorge then gave me a Lexus of Orlando mug and two cases of bottled water. Onto finance where I met the intelligent and beautiful Brenda Rosario who made my time in finance very painless with her friendly and informed manner! After the paperwork was done Brenda escorted me to my immaculately clean vehicle as Jorge took care of tagging my car and it was time to go to Daytona Beach for a Labor Day vacation that Steve had helped me with. I have been buying vehicles since 1973 and I can say without a doubt that Jorge, Steve and Brenda as a whole and as individuals made this the absolute best vehicle buying experience that I have ever had in my life. Tunnel Hill Ga. and Orlando Fl. maybe miles apart in distance but I would do it all over again in a New York minute! I was able to get pre approved for my vehicle purchase, saving me time and money in my new car search. I have been a Mercedes driver for 20 years and am used to a high level of personal service. Lexus of Orlando exceeded my expectations. Jorge my salesperson was very knowledgeable, attentive, while not being a pushy salesman. They offered a great selection of cars, and it was a simple & quick transaction. Usually the finance end of the transaction is tenuous and can go on forever, but Sheik (sales manager) made this part a easy decision with the best financing that fit my budget. Mickie in the finance dept was a great help, and paperwork was quick and painless. She also helped save me money with expert guidance on insurance, and Maitenance suggestions. My existing lease was coming to an end, and I dread the buying process so much, I had procrastinated making the rounds to have a look. I think now; why did I wait ? It was refreshing not to be treated like a number, and the buying experience was seamless. I did miss meeting Holly, the friendly face on TV, inviting me to the dealership.
