From the moment you park you receive the full white glove service. Not a second is wasted as you see staff moving and tending to each car's needs. It's almost like watching a well-orchestrated show. Everyone moves with purpose and it's very evident in the level of attention each customer is given. Manny is a wonderful example of this professionalism and efficiency at it's best. He can answer a text, type in an order on the computer, place freshly printed copies of work orders in its proper place, acknowledge a verbal message from a co-worker at his door and still manage to make the customer feel like they were not forgotten in the process. He explains everything clearly and concisely and tells you exactly what to expect with the service being delivered and how much the charges will be. He's an unbelievable asset to Lexus of Orlando and I hope that he is appreciated as much as the customers appreciate him. The ladies at the front reception are very warm and friendly and make you feel right at home. They're so genuine in their offer from a large assortment of snacks and beverages, you feel guilty if you decline...so I took two. :-) I'm not the kind of person to take time out of my busy schedule to write a detailed review, but after being a customer for over a year, it was long due. Well done to all the staff that make all of us customers feel appreciated and respected. Well done! More
It is quite a drive for me to visit this dealership for service, but it is always a pleasure! I am always treated so well here, and the waiting areas are quite luxurious with everything from WIFI and multi service, but it is always a pleasure! They are very generous with courtesy vehicles when needed, but waiting for a service is always very comfortable too. Working with Manny on most recent visit was a pleasure, as was working with Jose and Francisco on a visit earlier this year. Jeff Moler is extremely knowledgeable and always super helpful. Thanks to Jeff I understand many of my car's special features better! More
I purchased my vehicle in January 2008 and the price that was quoted to me over the phone beat all the other dealerships so much that they accused me of lying to them. Needless to say, I purchased my Lexus at Lexus of Orlando and have been a happy customer ever since. Recently, my car needed a major repair, but Lyndon worked with me and since I have been getting my car serviced there regularly, they were able to give me a break on the parts and service. The loaner vehicles enable me to get to and from work while my car is being serviced, Lyndon keeps me up to speed on the repair, and the service is stellar. The prices are not higher than one would pay at a reputable shop, and Lyndon even encouraged me to price shop the price of the new tires when I needed them (I ended up purchasing these at the dealership too). I wouldn't even think of purchasing another make of vehicle! Loyal fan! More

Being loyal to Lexus my whole life I have dealt with many Lexus dealers and I can genuinely say my experience at the service department of Lexus of Orlando was the most pleasant. I originally came to Lexus of Orlando to service my vehicle but after receiving "better service" via William Tijerina I decided to get a new car and luckily I was able to stay in the service department to do so. If your car needs service, ask for William and if you want a new car, Gary and Greg will take great care of you. More
I bought a LS430 from Ashley Anderson sight unseen. They gave me a fair trade on my SC430 and the deal went very smooth. I drove 435 miles one way. I have a special thank you to give to Rick, the technician who worked on the A/C in my RX350. Rick came out to the customer service area, and spoke with me directly. He wanted to make sure he understood what I wanted and expected. Wow. That is what separates Lexus from all the other car dealerships, and most importantly, William and Rick are what separates Lexus of Orlando from other Lexus dealerships (I have done business with several others over the years.) - On July 4, my husband and I visited Lexus of Orlando, - On July 4, my husband and I visited Lexus of Orlando, we worked with Lorraine Mantero and Chris Yuroco in their finance department. We let both L - On July 4, my husband and I visited Lexus of Orlando, we worked with Lorraine Mantero and Chris Yuroco in their finance department. We let both Lorraine and Chris know immediately that we were cash buyers. - We found a 2012 RX 350 that we liked, initially walked away, and then called Lorraine back to let her know that we wanted the vehicle at or around 4:45 pm. At exactly 4:59, she called us back asking if we could immediately come back to the dealership to complete paperwork because they were closing at 6 p.m. I told her that we were picking up dinner (we had our 2 year old with us) and she asked if we could eat our dinner at the dealership. My husband went back to complete the transaction alone. - After signing paperwork with Lorraine and Chris, my husband was told that I could come and pick the car up at anytime the next day. - On July 5, at around 1 p.m., my husband received a call from Chris informing him that they had “mistakenly” sold our car. No remedy, just an apology and a statement that he’d keep an eye out and let us know if anything else came up. I called Chris back and told him that his apologies were not enough and let him know that he needed to immediately rectify the situation. His solution was a 2011 RX 350, which, quite frankly, I did not feel was an appropriate remedy. - On July 5, at 3:09 pm after countless calls with Lexus (Lorraine/Chris), I received the following email from Lorraine “It was a pleasure meeting you. I would like to reach out to you to express my appreciation for visiting our dealership and to make sure that I was able to answer all of your questions about the 2012 Lexus RX350 that we discussed. If you have any questions regarding this vehicle please do not hesitate to call or email me. For your convenience I have attached the photos and specs of the 2012 Lexus RX350 you are interested in” indicating that they still had the car that we were initially under contract to buy. My lawyer will track this vehicle, via it’s VIN, to determine EXACTLY when the transaction was processed. I am quite sure that they still have the car. - At 5:16 pm, on July 5, I received an Equifax alert stating that Lexus of Orlando had pulled my credit. We were cash buyers and I explicitly told them not to pull my credit. I signed nothing authorizing them to do so either. The previous day when my husband went back to close the deal, they all called me on speaker phone asking for my SS#, I told them no way, you don’t need it, I’m not looking for you to finance me and I DO NOT want my credit pulled, they (Lorraine and Chris) both chimed in saying, we are not pulling your credit, we only need it to verify identities (we had already given them copies of our government issued IDs). After I called them about pulling my credit, furious, Lorraine first challenged me stating that they had not pulled my credit and told me that I was mistaken. Later, Chris called my husband with another apology and stated that he felt he had to pull it because sometimes cash buyers come in with fraudulent checks. SERIOUSLY??? Perhaps we look like money launderers or frauds. I called Lexus’ guest relations department and received a telephone call back from Pam, who offered to buy my husband and me a nice dinner. I am an executive at a restaurant company (they knew that), I don’t need, nor want, Lexus of Orlando to buy me dinner – I wanted the situation rectified. I told her that we were in and had to extend our rental car, she hemmed and hawed and focused on the nice free meal. At this point, Lexus of Orlando could not give me a car; I wouldn’t take it. My husband and I both feel that we were sent many signs as to why we should not patronize this business. I will pursue civil actions against them under several causes of action, including violations under the FCRA and will go for punitive damages and since it sounds like they commonly use these unethical practices with other consumers, I am notifying the Department of Justice. Hopefully, they will change their practices and other consumers can benefit. More
