My First Complimentary Service was very UNSATISFIED. Mr. Kinch asked if I used Lexus Service Dept. before and I reply today is my first visit. I think the car was sprayed down with water and the inside was not vacuum. i asked if he could touch up or buffer the little scratches on the left back door. He pointed out that they took care of it but it was still there when I inspected at home. (I could not see clearly white at the dealership because it was dark where he returned the car). When I explained this to Dominic, he was more than understanding and allowed me an extension on the loaner. I thanked Dominic for being understanding and he said, "you know I will always take care of my customers". Dominic has been my service consultant for so many years. He is very knowledgeable and is always straight forward with me. He is always professional and a joy to work with. He always puts the customer first. Drove down from NJ for Horse Show season and needed my first (5000 Mile) service. GREAT everything truly describes my experience.
