Everytime I go to this dealership it is nothing but a purely bliss experience. I have never seen a customer service team which operates so efficiently and professionally. My service advisor is always very understand of my needs and does not push any services that I do not want and only brings to my attention what services are crucial and need to be completed. I can't say enough about Jorge Laucirica. I just purchased a new 2013 Lexus ES350 and because of Jorge's expertise, patience, listening/people skills, and excellent customer service.
