CJ always gives me the best service and attention. He is honest and I trust him implicitly. He gives me straight, no B.S. advice and I appreciate that. The Orlando Lexus is about 55 miles away so my daughter and son-in-law wen I recently drove my sons'Lexus and decided I would like to try one for me. The Orlando Lexus is about 55 miles away so my daughter and son-in-law went with me Mon. after work. From the time we got there everyone could not have nicer or more helpful ! Henry Chong helped me find the perfect car for me!He showed me all of the features and how to use each one. I was looking to purchase a newer used Nissan Versa, which Lexus had 1 in stock. Price was best yet in my search, service was great, and I had no pressure to purchase. This is the second LS 460 I have purchased from Lexus of Orlando. I have driven a Lexus since 1992 and would rather fight than switch. Wayne Kerr has been my service consultant about 5 years and I am always treated with the upmost courtesy and his main objective is to make me a happy Lexus customer. Lexus of Orlando is lucky to have Wayne. James Mooney my salesman and Ryan Olsen the Sales Manager could not have been nicer and accommodating. They arranged all the paperwork, transferred my plates and I did not have to do a thing. They even delivered the car to me! Again, Lexus of Orlando can be proud of the representation that James and Ryan has provided. Another important factor is the pleasant waiting lounge.
