Disheartened and Disappointed Disheartened and disappointed .After using the Lexus service department for the last three years and purposely selecting this Lexus dealership for my Disheartened and disappointed .After using the Lexus service department for the last three years and purposely selecting this Lexus dealership for my most recent car purchase I found out today they are not as special or Lexus as I thought. When buying a car from them the individual completing the paperwork wrote the incorrect address. He/She used a 6 instead 8 in the street address. A week after purchasing the car I was issued a Pay by Plate invoice by epass. Because the address was entered incorrectly by the dealership and now associated with the registration I never received the invoices and subsequent citation for non-payment. The total payment to Orange County Court is now $146.00. When I discovered all of this and determined the root of the issue was Lexus of Winter Park I generally expected a Lexus like response. In the past, if something was even a little out of wack the dealership jumped to help immediately. But this time the dealership informed me that in the fine print of the contract it notes the buyer of the vehicle is responsible for all information on the contract and they would not reimburse me for their mistake. I don't doubt the fine print argument from the dealership but I was disheartened and disappointed this particular dealership would take this stance. Walmart? Yes. Buy Here Pay Here dealer? Yes. Lexus of Winter Park? Turns out yes. At it's core it is a car dealership like any other. Shady and unwilling to take responsibility for their error. More

He checked their inventory and brought me a gorgeous vehicle in a fabulous color to align with my outgoing personality. It was pretty much love at first site. Charles took the time to walk me through all of the outside features and then the inside features. His product knowledge expertise shined through with his explanation of the technology included in the vehicle. After the test drive, Charles introduced me to Chanlin Sok, Master Certified Sales Manager, who spoke to me with continued respect and value as a customer. Chanlin has over 18 years tenure here and it shows with his professionalism. The next day, I made all the arrangements via texts with Charles and Chanlin for the sale, it was clearly communicated. After work, I went in to complete the sale, it was quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy. The final price was exactly as negotiated with no last-minute surprises. I want to commend Everett Kimble, Finance, who made the "paperwork" and financing very easy...and love that it is all electronic. He told me another institution offered a lower APR than I had. When I called them this morning, they had a promotion which is 1.24% lower than my original loan. In closing, I would highly recommend Charles Ream and Lexus of Winter Park. Charles went above & beyond — locating the specific vehicle I desired, educating me on the product, preparing my vehicle to a showroom ready state, and staying after hours to complete my sale. He told me that owning this car would change my life....and I believe him! More
