First Class All that I can say is that my experience at Lexus of Orlando was "First Class" all the way. From the moment I entered the service area and was greeted by a service member that guided me in what would be happening next. I was show to the service waiting area where I meet my service adviser Jose. But before I start I must say the waiting area was very pleasant and welcoming. Jose was very pleasant and helpful in explaining the service process making me feel more at ease. Jose was very gracious in offering a loaner car if I was inclined to need one. While my time waiting for my car was very pleasant which is very rare these days, I was able to knock out some work and answer some emails which help me out a lot. I was totally impressed by the text messages that I received giving me update of the the work bring done on my car which made all in the difference in the world to me.
