When Jorge found out they didn't have the color I wanted, he took it off the showroom floor and brought it to me... Needless to say I ended up buying it the next day! The whole experience in the VIP lounge made all the difference in the world. I felt like I was the only one there to but a car that day!. I will never buy another car again, except a Lexus! More

Waste of time This dealer is a pain in the A**! I hate this dealer since I purchased my first brand new Lexus! I bought my second Lexus at Melbourne because of the This dealer is a pain in the A**! I hate this dealer since I purchased my first brand new Lexus! I bought my second Lexus at Melbourne because of the bad experience with my first here in Lexus of Orlando. I go there only when I don't have time for service of my vehicle because it's closer to where I am but ever time I go there, they forget to reset the maintenance reminder and recently, they wasted my time. I had an appointment first thing in the morning Monday. And on my way there, I received a voicemail from Lexus of Orlando saying that my appointment was cancelled and they don't have a spot for me for just an oil change. I called them and said I have an email confirmation that I have an appointment and I'm already on my way almost half of my way like 30mins already but their only reply is sorry we are fully booked. I will never bring our vehicle their anymore and not waste our time! Always bad service anyway! More

Excellent car buying experience My wife and I went in to the Lexus dealership to just see what was available, we had been talking about possibly trading in her old '07 Lexus IS250. My wife and I went in to the Lexus dealership to just see what was available, we had been talking about possibly trading in her old '07 Lexus IS250. We spoke to Brian Hendricks and Chanlin Sok who were both very knowledgeable, polite and made us feel right at home. We were able to work out a deal with Chanlin that we were pleased with. He worked with us to get a payment that was in our budget and we left with an L-Certified 2014 IS250. Brian made sure we knew the car inside and out before we left the dealership. We felt like we were very well taken care of through the entire buying process. We've used their service department in the past, but this was our first buying experience with Lexus of Orlando and we will definitely recommend them to others. More

Travis is the BEST! Travis, from the moment we walked into the Dealership until we left with our new car, was the best Product Specialist we have encountered. We had Ka Travis, from the moment we walked into the Dealership until we left with our new car, was the best Product Specialist we have encountered. We had Kat Bailey last time and she set the standard for Product Specialists. Travis went above that. He made, what we consider a necessary evil--buying a new car, into ALMOST a pleasant experience. Everette was also very good. Raymond was our nemesis and Gordon was---well Gordon. Another reason for Travis's high grades is he is still helping us. We don't think Raymond and/or Gordon couldn't pick up us out in a line up if their next sale depended upon it. More

Unauthorized repair to bill Lexus Corp for warranty work My experience with the dealership has been horrible. I brought my vehicle into the dealership to diagnosis a open door switch indicator and complete a full detail. The dealership disregarded my written instructions not to perform the voluntary warranty repair and left the vehicle tan leather dirty and stained after the unauthorized repair. I gave the dealership a chance to clean the vehicle again and they return the vehicle without cleaning the car after I paid for the Presidential Detail to be completed for a cost of $225.00, they did the unauthorized repair on the interior of the car, left dirt stains all over the leather and did not clean the interior after the repair. Awful experience. Do yourself a favor go to Toyota. I now have to pay another company to complete a full interior detail and attempt to save the leather. The one positive item was the loaner program and valet service, however if the service department cheats customers and does not complete the paid for repairs the valet loaner car program is useless. More
