I usually get the Presidential Detail and I am very happy, when I receive my car back all serviced, shiny, and clean! The employees that I have interacted with are friendly and polite. I appreciate that the waiting area is very comfortable, neat, and clean. Also, Lexus of Orlando provide many good and healthy snacks and a very good hot beverage machine. Best Car Buying Experience BEST experience ever buying a car! Not once… but this second time as well. This is the second time that we purchased our car at Lexus of Orlando. Same as first time, Jorge Laucirica and Fred were extremely helpful, courteous and straight-forward. We went in armed with pricing information from truecar.com and Edmunds.com, so we knew what a good deal was and what a sucker deal was for the car we were interested, besides the value for our Trade In. We knew that a competing dealer like this always will put their best price forward right away so we could skip all of the back and forth that we did not have time or patience for and they got us a great deal on our car right away. The negotiation process is much more straightforward, quick, and respectful… the best in Orlando. Very aggressive pricing!!! I did a lot of research and leg work looking for best price, Tampa, Miami, Pembroke Pines, Jacksonville.. all Lexus Dealers near Orlando area but no one got close to the price from Lexus of Orlando. Jorge did an amazing job! We have interfaced with countless sales representatives from multiple dealers over our lifetimes. Without a doubt, Jorge has been the best sales person we have dealt with in many years. From our first call to him, he was professional and responded to us quickly regarding a car we were interested in. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on our expectations, right through to the delivery of our shiny, new Lexus IS as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure we were happy customers. No high pressure techniques, just gave me useful info about the car and rode with me on the test drive. After the drive, he was very friendly and frank in the negotiation aspect. He was able to go down in price quite a bit to what I could afford, and I ended up getting an awesome car. Even after I signed up on the dotted line, he still had the car fully detailed while we were working out the financing, which was a nice (and unexpected) touch.
