I went back and forth in my mind between new and CPO and Charles answered all of my questions and went well above and beyond what I expected from a sales person, especially when I decided on the CPO. Additionally, my schedule would not allow me to take delivery of the car for three days, Charles volunteered to deliver the car to my home, all the way to Geneva, a good 40 minutes each way.
