Another Great Lexus Eperience I recently went into Lexus to get new lease and Jorge Lavcirica is my Representative. He worked with me on my 2013 GS 350 which I loved and was going I recently went into Lexus to get new lease and Jorge Lavcirica is my Representative. He worked with me on my 2013 GS 350 which I loved and was going to work with me on getting a 2015. However I decided to look at RX350. I was way way over on my mileage but with Jorge's help I was able to get the FSPORT RX 350 which I love. I recommend Jorge to anyone. He is so personable and makes you feel special. This is my 3rd Vehicle from Lexus Of Orlando and everyone there is awesome. I would never go elsewhere. More

Scary Experience BEWARE - I'VE HAD PROPERTY STOLEN FROM ME AT THIS LOCATION'S SERVICE CENTER. Having bought my wife's and I matching Lexus' at Lexus of Palm Beach, we BEWARE - I'VE HAD PROPERTY STOLEN FROM ME AT THIS LOCATION'S SERVICE CENTER. Having bought my wife's and I matching Lexus' at Lexus of Palm Beach, we always return to that location to have our service done. We are Central Florida natives, so this time, I decided to have my oil change done at our local Lexus of Orlando. WORST DECISION. Upon having my car returned to me, I immediately noticed that my iPod touch was not in my car. It is always connected to my car's bluetooth and plays music as soon as I turn it on. Not this time, silly criminals. Four hours, one police man and 5 "suspects" later, Lexus acknowledged that my property was stolen on their premises and agreed to replace the iPod and refund me the cost of the oil change. I'm a easy going person and had spent more than enough time trying to resolve the issue so I accepted the offer instead of seeking legal action. However, I am sure that no one will be "let go" and that the criminal who stole my property remains. I will not be returning to this location, I much rather make the three hour trip to Lexus of Palm Beach to work with professional, honest people without running the risk of working with criminals or having things stolen from me. I allowed for William Marshall, a seemingly genuine person from Lexus of Orlando, to rectify the situation by having Lexus pay for the damages... but you have been warned. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. More

My experience was Great-- never have had this treatment anywhere before! The customer waiting area is unbelievable - I was able to use their iPads to check my emails, had a snack, watch TV, and Victor came and got me when my car was ready. Victor went over everything that was done with my car and gave me a copy in a nice booklet. This dealership is first class in every aspect of their operation! My service was such a great experience , I can't wait to go back again! Thanks Victor More
