Top-notch quality and friendly service All in all, to me excellent customer services are the main reasons I've been going back to Lexus of Orlando. This is my second GS from Lexus. Although the vehicle is among the best but it's the excellent services that have me loving Lexus, better yet Lexus of Orlando. When a dealer hired personal like Wayne Kerr, who always go above and beyond, it shows to me how much care my vehicle will received. The man is literally a perfectionist; he's always crafting the best routes and services for his customers and others. From the first time I've meet Mr. Wayne for service in my car to the most recent one, Mr. Wayne have always get the job done with great timing for me. When I go to Lexus of Orlando, I know with Mr. Wayne expertise and honest service, my vehicle will get the utmost best service available. I want to express my thanks to you and your staff for the courteous and professional manner extended to me during my recent purchase of a 2015 Lexus IS from your dealership. I've bought quite a few cars in the 25+ years I've been a licensed driver. I can't think of an easier or more pleasant experience than the one my wife and I had with you yesterday 2/28/15. That's because there hasn't been one! You surpassed my expectations - delivering a car that was more and better than what we asked you to find for us! You stayed within our price range too! My experience with Lexus of Orlando, Kenny Huang specifically, was better than I could have ever hoped for. From the initial communication via email and phone, to the day I signed papers, the experience was nothing but exceptional. I was a co-signor on my first used vehicle when I was in high school, so going to lease my first new car was intimidating and a little scary. Kenny and the Lexus of Orlando team took all of the guessing and worrying away. They spent hours with me making sure everything was just right. Lexus provides truly, the best customer service. They make you feel like royalty! Thank you again! More

The experience from beginning-to-end was professional, quick & easy and everyone was extremely friendly. I was DEFINITELY worth the drive over & back from Jacksonville. My Sales Pro Baoling Pan was great to work with. He listened to my needs, didn't try to push anything on me & went out of his way to hunt down a car for me that wasn't on the main lot. Although I didn't buy a new Lexus, I am ecstatic with the 2007 Infiniti that I purchased and highly recommend this dealer to anyone. More
