As soon as we pulled in, a rep was at our door to get my name and notify my service consultant. Eliseo Morales was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained what would be done, gave me an approximate time and showed us to the waiting area. I thought our home dealer waiting area was great, but this surpassed it. Everything to make a customer comfortable and great snacks and beverages. Mr Morales came to notify me our service was complete and my paperwork would be ready shortly and walked me to his office. He explained what was done and answered my questions. I left feeling satisfied, knowing I would definitely return to this dealership if I needed service during my winters in Florida. More
