I bought my 2014 Honda Crosstour at this dealership in 2016. They have been taking care of my service needs since. I have never been disappointed! Recently, I got a nail in the sidewall of my tire. I called Lia Honda, and Steve Smith, my service advisor, let me know they had a tire that matched what I had on the car. He was able to get me in and out in an hour. Steve also let me know, that since I had bought the original tire being replaced at Lia Honda, he saw that I had the hazard warranty on the tire and I didn't have to pay for the replacement tire! What had been a bad day was suddenly much better. Thank you Steve, and the Lia Honda team. More

While the service was generally good and I was comfortable during the three hours I had to wait, I was frustrated with the cause of the problem (a car repair shop used a non-Honda light bulb when comfortable during the three hours I had to wait, I was frustrated with the cause of the problem (a car repair shop used a non-Honda light bulb when rerpairing my car after an accident) and I received 2 calls from Lia after the work they did was dfone claiming my credit card payment didn't go through when I was able to find that it had on my on-line account with the credit card company.
