That reputation for being courteous, informed and interested in the customer's automotive concerns demonstrated itself in many ways. It began with the upbeat manner in which the Sales Consultant EVAN YEDYNAK welcomed me to his dealership. The patient and understanding manner in which he fielded my many questions - as I test drove the vehicle (Honda Civic LX) in both city and highway traffic - reinforced and enhanced Lia Honda's reputation for me. His professional manner continued as I requested to see Lia Honda's Service Department. (That Service Department layout was impressive and put to rest any concerns I had about waiting a VERY LONG time to have my car serviced. There seemed to be a good number of service bays - much more than what I saw with other dealerships.). Finally, I had the opportunity to meet with the Sales Manager PHIL SINGH. His affable and attentive manner - as we negotiated - made the bargaining process a surprisingly pleasant and positive experience. That experience - together with meeting with EVAN YEDYNAK - set the STANDARD by which I measured the other dealerships.
