He really listened to what I wanted and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. He was fair and honest and I truly appreciate that in a salesperson. I really am very impressed with LIA Honda and Rob certainly gained my confidence in his knowledge and that he really was working with me and not against me. I want to say thank you for the outstanding service. The finance manager was excellent too! I will certainly do business again with LIA Honda. I love my new vehicle! More

Wonderful experience w/ Lia Honda Jalal Barat was my salesman and I can't say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, patience and friendliness!! He will be the reason I come back Jalal Barat was my salesman and I can't say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, patience and friendliness!! He will be the reason I come back to Albany Honda - it was a wonderful experience. The managers I met were also nice The only negative was the 75.00 doc processing fee - I think Honda makes enough of a profit on the sale and subsequent service - doesn't really need to gauge the customer with this fee More
