I just released a Honda CRV -this is my 3rd crv from LIA Honda of Albany NY, with Salesman Rob Dawes. I did not want to make the drive to Albany for an oil change, so I went to a local, well known shop. Well, they put my car on the lift incorrectly which resulted in noise when driving. They had me bring my car in, squeezed it into a very busy service Saturday, and within 2 hours, my car was fixed. I realized it’s worth the drive for an oil change!! Five stars is not enough to say how awesome Christina Cahill and her team were! We were having car trouble while driving on the Thruway, and Cristina and her team got us in very efficiently and fixed the Cahill and her team were!
