Lia Honda Albany

My wife and I went to a couple of different Honda dealerships, getting hassled and bullied around, and Lia of Albany was our last stop. I looked online and saw they had the vehicle we wanted. Called to make sure the vehicle was still there the morning of the day we wanted to go look at it because we couldn’t get there until the late afternoon and wanted to walk away with the car that day. When we arrived we got placed with Brett Reihs, told him the exact car we came to see, and he went to get the car. Unfortunately, the car had been sold a few hours before. Defeated and worn down, Brett made sure the car sale was going to go through (it was). With no other car to look at we were about to leave then Brett told us to hold on and he came back with some good and bad news. He looked at the inventory that they had in transit and sure enough the car we wanted they were going to get but in a week and a half. Maybe we just got lucky but Brett went above and beyond to try to get us what we wanted. There was no playing games and no bullying around. It was a great experience and anyone who wants a Honda go to Lia of Albany and see Brett Reihs. More

I went to Lia to get a 2021 SE Sport. Researching in the area of the capital district LIA had the best price. Shawn Vital the salesman was incredible. We have owned an operated Honda vehicles for twenty years now. They are so reliable that we have passed them on to our children when we replaced them with new vehicles. One year ago in our search for our HRV's we found exactly want we wanted in stock at Lia Honda. When we received the manufacturer notice for an update to one of the computers we decided to take advantage of the time and have the routine maintenance and yearly DMV inspection done as well. Steve Smith kept us up do date with exactly what was going on each step of the way. He also noticed that we had an appointment for our other HRV next month. There was an open time slot which enabled us to received the same service and update on both vehicles the same day saving us another drive in from Middleburgh, NY. The experience we had purchasing our two Honda HRV's through Anthony Allegra one year ago, to the personal care shown to us by Steve Smith and your service department employees we are proud to say that Lia Honda is now our Honda dealership for sales and service.
