Last week I woke up and decided it was time to trade in my 2013 Mazda 6 and get a new set of wheels. A co-worker highly recommended Rob Dawes at Lia Honda of Albany. I called Rob and met him 20 minutes lat my 2013 Mazda 6 and get a new set of wheels. A co-worker highly recommended Rob Dawes at Lia Honda of Albany. I called Rob and met him 20 minutes later. He took the time to find out what I wanted, and needed. He was easy to work with, put the deal together, and I picked up my 2021 Honda Accord at 4:00pm the same day. I could not be any happier. I have owned Honda's for most of my life, great cars! Lia Honda of Albany has been as reliable and forgiving as all of my Honda's. Bought my last one, a 2014 Civic, at Lia Honda of Albany. Unfortunate Lia Honda of Albany has been as reliable and forgiving as all of my Honda's. Bought my last one, a 2014 Civic, at Lia Honda of Albany. Unfortunately I don't remember the salesman's name but he was quick to get me the car I wanted. A friend of mine just bought his first new car there, he is very happy with his Civic Sport and the people at Lia Honda! The reason I am writing this review is really because of Ernest Walton. He may be new to the Lia Honda team but fits right in. Ernie was professional yet friendly and fast. In my opinion you wont find a better service writer than Ernie. It's people like him that have me going back to Lia Honda. By the way, I did not have an appointment which I know puts a strain on the department. They were still able to fit me in and get the job done quickly :) More
