Joe Wiley met me at the door with a cheerful greeting and showed me where to wait. He came in to explain what additional work he would suggest for my car, beyond the recall, but didn't push when I said I wo showed me where to wait. I used the Service Department today (as I always do when need it) and Christian Mooney helped me. He went above and beyond on his job ! While I was waiting in the waiting area he came to explain me in pri need it) and Christian Mooney helped me. He went above and beyond on his job ! While I was waiting in the waiting area he came to explain me in privacy what else was recommended for my car and he also told me about a recall from Honda and advise me to make a appointment as soon as I get the notification they have the parts, and also advise me about other future things I should consider on my next car maintenance.
