I will never return to Lia Honda. Mohommad was rude in every interaction, never called me back 4-5 hours after I dropped my car off for an inspection and oil change. He didn’t even know what car I was asking about on the phone- he listed off a white accord when that is not even close to what I drive. When he finally said my car was ready (5 hours later) it took another 45 min for him to get the paper work together which he then refused to go over with me and had the service manager do instead. Who was equally rude, dismissive, and walked away from our conversation leaving me with nothing but false information. I have never gotten my car serviced anywhere else but I won’t ever come back now More

Worst! Dealership! Ever! DO NOT trust anything management tells you. They will tell you anything to make a deal and then not follow through. The Lia fa Dealership! Ever! DO NOT trust anything management tells you. They will tell you anything to make a deal and then not follow through. The Lia family has forgotten how to treat regular people decently and apparently that sentiment has rubbed off on their management team. I will NEVER be back to any Lia dealership and will tell everyone I meet to stay far away from Lia. My biggest regret is that I did not shop somewhere else. My wife and I had an appointment with Rob Dawes a sales rep at Lia Honda. He was there to great us. He spent from 11 AM until 3:30 PM taking care of everything we needed to do to get us from our old lease rep at Lia Honda. He was there to great us.
