I was happy with the service and although it was a little longer than usual, I didn't mind. The waiting room was well spaced out and clean. In fact, a gentleman came through and cleaned as I was waiting. John Kelty, the Service Manager, stopped to say a quick hello as he passed through too, which was very kind.
