I’ve been to 3 other Honda dealership through out NY. Oneonta where I purchased the vehicle and had the absolutely worst experience. Car wash took 3 times to wash and dry.. and after the second time it w Oneonta where I purchased the vehicle and had the absolutely worst experience. Never be sure if a Comp wash as its free and you can’t question the service.(I paid for wash)will never return there again and never brought my car for service there. My visit @Lia Honda- Louis Schnel took me right away and wrote up the (R.O)repair order quickly as I was in @8:15am. Service was relatively quick and efficient. He showed me the waiting area and coffee area. I worked at a dealership in the past and feel satisfied with the help and courtesy this dealership demonstrated. No pressure and easy transaction when my vehicle was complete. A truly well rounded dealership where I feel comfortable doing business in the future. More
