Fabulous service...... as usual! I recently had a problem with my back up camera in my Honda Crosstour. Steve Smith of Lia Honda on Central Avenue in Albany quickly and efficiently go I recently had a problem with my back up camera in my Honda Crosstour. Steve Smith of Lia Honda on Central Avenue in Albany quickly and efficiently got me in, the technician identified the problem and Steve let me know the situation. The part needed wouldn't be available until the next day so Steve set me up with an appointment. John Kelty, the Service Manager, stopped by as I was leaving to be sure I was happy with my service - which I was. When I arrived the next day, Steve took my car right in and it was repaired in under an hour! I was thrilled with the fast service. This is not unusual quality of service, this is typical.
