Drove into the service area and Joe Wiley wrote up what I needed and I went to wait for my car to be finished. In a little while Joe came out to show me two filters from my car that obviously needed replacement. He explained what they were and where they were from and how much they would be to replace. I ok'ed the replacement of both filters. Joe informed me it would only be a little bit longer and my car would be done.. I, also, had a coupon for a complimentary car wash which I am so happy you have in this location now. Shortly, Joe called me and my car was ready. While I was paying the cashier, I asked her how much the oil change was and was told it had been increased to $34.99. I had received a coupon book from Lia and wondered why there was a coupon for a $34.99 oil change because I thought mine was $29.99. The cashier had to call Joe to handle this transaction. Although he was so busy he handled this very calmly. I know this was only $5.00, but I am retired and a widow and every little bit helps. I had not known the price for an oil change for my car had gone up two months ago. Joe was very helpful and courteous. More

Overall, I felt like I was being rushed and pressured into closing the deal the same day. When things didn’t go as I expected, with many surprises, I decided to take a step back. As I walked away from the deal, the salesman, Mr. Grant Little, got upset, giving me an attitude. He said I had “it’s my way or highway attitude” as if I was somehow obligated to ignore my uncomfortable feelings and spend close to $38,000 just to make him happy. As a salesman, Mr. Little should know the simple fact that deals could always go wrong, but he wasn’t able to handle his disappointment professionally, a telltale sign of his inexperience. The unnecessary confrontation left a really bad taste in my mouth and caused me so much stress. I will not go back to this dealership or recommend it to anyone. More

Exceed Expectations I went to Lia to have my CRV inspected. While I was there I spoke to Matt Miller about possible options if I traded in my car. He asked me specificall I went to Lia to have my CRV inspected. While I was there I spoke to Matt Miller about possible options if I traded in my car. He asked me specifically what I was looking for in another CRV. He found two cars in my price range and had the upgrades I wanted. He also was able to give me a good price for trading in my current CRV. I looked at both CRV's and fell in love with the first one. He was patient with me through the entire process. I never felt any pressure to buy one that day. He answered all of my questions, and some of them were odd. I ended up purchasing the first CRV that day. I talked to Jess again about the warranty and she was fantastic as always. Lia has been and continues to be, very good to me. Matt helped me move things out of my old CRV into my new one. When I got in my CRV I felt so good about the choice I made. I could not believe this was mine. I was thrilled. Matt showed me how to work certain controls that were different and told me I could always stop by if I had any questions. He was friendly and personable during the entire time and he made sure my free one month checkup would be with Steve Smith. I only have Steve Smith service my car. Thank you Matt for not putting any pressure on me, for making the experience a pleasurable one, being patient with me, and finding the right car for me. You are the best and though I was not planning on getting a car that day I made the right choice and I love my car. Thank you again! More
