Terrible Experience with Finance. If i could give zero stars I would. Will never buy from a LIa dealership again after this last experience. Went in last night and test drove a used ci If i could give zero stars I would. Will never buy from a LIa dealership again after this last experience. Went in last night and test drove a used civic. Liked the car and went to talk numbers. I was surprised because it was going pretty well. I put $1,000 down after we came to agreement and went to take delivery today. I show up and the contract is written up with the rate .25% higher than we agreed. The finance person (Jennifer Foss?) came and explained that even though my credit score was good that the bank bumped me down and there was nothing she could do. Although she said she has seen this bank do this many times before, she didn’t know they would do it to me and it was not her fault. Basically talking out of both sides of her mouth. She never said anything that the bank might do this when we were making the deal or I would have secured my own financing. Honesty is everything and Lia was not honest from the start. Plenty of other Honda dealerships around so when i go to get a new CR-V in about 10 months I will not even consider buying from Lia. I will go to Keeler or Mohawk when that time comes and I would suggest others do the same. More

Exceed Expectations I went to Lia to have my CRV inspected. While I was there I spoke to Matt Miller about possible options if I traded in my car. He asked me specificall I went to Lia to have my CRV inspected. While I was there I spoke to Matt Miller about possible options if I traded in my car. He asked me specifically what I was looking for in another CRV. He found two cars in my price range and had the upgrades I wanted. He also was able to give me a good price for trading in my current CRV. I looked at both CRV's and fell in love with the first one. He was patient with me through the entire process. I never felt any pressure to buy one that day. He answered all of my questions, and some of them were odd. I ended up purchasing the first CRV that day. I talked to Jess again about the warranty and she was fantastic as always. Lia has been and continues to be, very good to me. Matt helped me move things out of my old CRV into my new one. When I got in my CRV I felt so good about the choice I made. I could not believe this was mine. I was thrilled. Matt showed me how to work certain controls that were different and told me I could always stop by if I had any questions. He was friendly and personable during the entire time and he made sure my free one month checkup would be with Steve Smith. I only have Steve Smith service my car. Thank you Matt for not putting any pressure on me, for making the experience a pleasurable one, being patient with me, and finding the right car for me. You are the best and though I was not planning on getting a car that day I made the right choice and I love my car. Thank you again! More

Awesome service I had my CRV serviced at Lia Honda Albany and Steve Smith did an excellent job. I always make sure Steve Smith is my service advisor. He has known me for years and since I do not understand that much about cars he always takes the time to explain what repairs I need done and finds the lowest cost for each part. He also will advises me on what repairs can wait. Steve is always available and though he has a lot of customers he always makes time for me and all of his customers. Just the other day I stopped in because I had a question and Steve took the time to sit in my car and help me figure it out. He is the best service advisor and I know I can always count on him. I love the shuttle service Lia provides. The waiting area is nice and clean and the checkout process is always fast and efficient. He was able to find the car I was interested in and we were able to test drive the car in a matter of minutes. After test driving it, we were able to make a deal very quickly. I traded in my existing Honda CRV. I have owned Honda's for our 25 years. I was next introduced to Jennifer Foss of finances team. She was extremely good to work with. She asked all of my questions and concerns. We completed the finance documents in minutes. In addition, I had called her after we got home and she immediately responded to my questions. We pickup our new car the following Monday. All the paperwork was complete on time and complete. I have owned around 10 Honda's that I have purchased from other dealerships. I would recommend this dealer. More
