Honest and Friendly No Pressure Experience I was having problem with my 2008 Honda CR-V and what I like about their service department is you can just drive in without an appointment. Steve I was having problem with my 2008 Honda CR-V and what I like about their service department is you can just drive in without an appointment. Steve McMillan in service dept was honest and explained problem and that part was on national back order and my options. Discussed my options with family member and decided to trade my vehicle. I sat down with David Hallenbeck in sales management who was friendly and gave me a fair trade in price for my vehicle. I then walked the used vehicle lot with Christopher Dollard who was also friendly and he listened to what options I was looking for and we found a 2015 Honda CR-V that I liked. Next I dealt with salesman Matt Miller who was also very friendly, we went on test drive and Matt explained options in vehicle and worked up figures and we made a deal. I never talked to their finance department since I set up my own financing with my credit union. I went in expecting to repair my vehicle and came out with a newer one and it really was an honest, friendly no pressure experience. More

HIghly Recommend I just recently picked up my new 2018 honda civic hatchback from Lia Honda. I had an amazing experience there. Christian was my salesman and he did an excellent job. I had been talking with him for weeks about purchasing a civic and he was very patient with me. Once I was ready to make a purchase he even looked for the specific color I had in mind and when he couldn't find it John the manager made a recommendation for one they had on the lot and I am so grateful he did because I LOVE IT!! When it came time to pick up my vehicle he took the time to balance my delivery along with another one! There was also tremendous team work between Christian and Matt. Since Christian was still in the middle of a delivery with another customer Matt stepped in to set up the car with me and show me everything I needed to know about it. Matt was very thorough for this. He answered all of the questions that I had and set up my apple car play for me.
