What impressed me the most about Jason was he is a hard working down to earth human being. An average joe just like myself. Jason is very knowledgeable about all the different Honda models. He didn't even talk like a salesperson with all this sales pitch jargon. He just focused on the features that the CRV had and did an outstanding job of explaining them. The test drive sold me because Jason showed me the many safety features the CRV had as I was experiencing them first hand. Jason, keep up the good work. The staff at Lia Honda that handled my transaction were fantastic. From securing financing, DMV, insurance broker and all the other necessities where I was able to drive my new vehicle out of the parking lot and home in a few hours was just amazing. More

Matt Miller was Awesome !!! "Too many hands spoil the soup" Matt Miller was awesome to deal with. He is an upfront and honest sales person and you don't find much honesty in car sales. Beyond the sales experience (sales person) the experience was frustrating at best. I am an educated individual and dealing with finance was nearly impossible. The finance person only wanted to talk and never listen. Perhaps a course in therapeutic communication would assist him. All he was concerned with was making sure the down payment was cash, a bank check, or credit card and to be sure I delivered it. He only saw his numbers and then wanted to pass the buck. Frustrating !!! However, this is about Matt Miller who did an outstanding job. Had it not been for him, I would not have completed the deal. Matt sealed the deal !!! More
