The sales room was clean and inviting, the receptionist was cheerful and immediately introduced me to Rob Dawes, a Sales Consulant. Rob was very professional, knew the product line very well and easy to talk to. In a short time he knew which model, trim option etc. that would satisfy my needs. The selection was ample and the test drive went well. Although I wasn't determined to buy a car that day, the price for my trade in was more than fair and Rob assured me he could get the paperwork done in short order and I could drive my new car home that day. Great Experience!! I didn’t have high expectations when I walked into Lia, only because of my past experiences at other locations. I was blown away with how fast and efficient Jason Cross was with his service; from beginning to end. After being in the dealership for about 15 minutes, Jason had the car I had in mind pulled up front for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable with all the specs the car had, which was great. All of my typical questions were answered before I could ask them. When I decided on moving forward with the purchase, Jason had all of the paperwork ready, and even took care of handling all of the DMV and insurance papers. It took a total of 4 hours to get me into my brand new car, which still amazes me! I’d recommend Lia Honda to anyone! All of the staff were really professional and didn’t push me into buying something I didn’t want. They knew what I was looking for and made it a goal to get it for me. Thanks again !! More
