The sales room was clean and inviting, the receptionist was cheerful and immediately introduced me to Rob Dawes, a Sales Consulant. Rob was very professional, knew the product line very well and easy to talk to. In a short time he knew which model, trim option etc. that would satisfy my needs. The selection was ample and the test drive went well. Although I wasn't determined to buy a car that day, the price for my trade in was more than fair and Rob assured me he could get the paperwork done in short order and I could drive my new car home that day.
