Great Experience!! I didn’t have high expectations when I walked into Lia, only because of my past experiences at other locations. I was blown away with how fast and efficient Jason Cross was with his service; from beginning to end. After being in the dealership for about 15 minutes, Jason had the car I had in mind pulled up front for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable with all the specs the car had, which was great. All of my typical questions were answered before I could ask them. When I decided on moving forward with the purchase, Jason had all of the paperwork ready, and even took care of handling all of the DMV and insurance papers. It took a total of 4 hours to get me into my brand new car, which still amazes me! I’d recommend Lia Honda to anyone! All of the staff were really professional and didn’t push me into buying something I didn’t want. They knew what I was looking for and made it a goal to get it for me. Thanks again !! More

2108 Honda Accord Lease - Good Experience I had most of my interactions with the Brooke the Internet Sales Specialist. She got me the numbers just as I wanted to see them. The only negative I would say was that she took time to get back to me whenever I texted or emailed her. I assumed she was busy. But that is how you loose a customer. Otherwise great! Special mention to Wayne, a very nice, quiet "not all over you like most of car salesmen! Wayne is the ideal sales person because he does not pressure you and he does not give you the impression that if you don't sign he would kill you as some do! So special mention to Wayne. On e more thing, they gave me a fair trade for my car compared to some other dealership that I won't mention where they offered me $4K less or 30% less of the car value! These things count. I always liked Lia Honda of Albany. I buy and service my cars there. I hope that they don't change their approach to customers. People come in as potential customers. Sometimes they don't really know exactly what they want. They may be open. help them get where they want to get without pressure them. They will end up as customers in the end. More
