Fastest easiest lease transaction ever I received a letter from Jason Cross letting us know our lease was up in three months and give him a call if we wanted info on a new lease or purchase I received a letter from Jason Cross letting us know our lease was up in three months and give him a call if we wanted info on a new lease or purchase. I gave him a call about a month later just to see what offers were going on. Jason let me know about current lease deals and looked into the terms I had on my last lease, and gave me comparable prices. I was inquiring about higher end trims and lower end trims for price difference, and he was very helpful. He then mentioned a demo they had in the higher trim level that they may lease. He called me back telling me I could get the demo lease for the price of the lower trim level if I was interested. He sent me pictures and next thing I know we agree to the lease, I sent pictures of my license, registration, insurance cards and the deal was set. The following day we went to Lia Honda dropped off our old lease picked up our new lease. Jason was great showing us all the technology in the new SUV,going through the XM radio, and helped sync our phones so we were all set up when we left. I have never had a easier vehicle transaction, and it was with a great salesman and dealership. This is the second lease we have had with Lia Honda Albany and will be returning for our next I'm sure.
