This allowed us to think and to make what we feel was an informed decision and got us a great deal. I did all my research on line, and I new exactly what I wanted. My intention was to visit all the dealerships in the area before deciding to buy the car, but everything changed when we were introduce to Jason L. Cross. He was great and we end up purchasing a 2018 CR-V Touring. Jason was wonderful. He was very layback, friendly, patient and understanding. He gave us all the information we asked for, and all the different options and prices that were available. He didn't rush when helping us and it showed. Jason answered all our question and really listen to what we wanted. He showed us that he wasn't there only to sell a car, but to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with whatever decision we made. This was a very pleasant and relaxing experience from start to finish. He made sure that he was present when we went back to pick the car and took the time to explain all the important feature that the car had before we drove away.
