Taken seriously Having driven the same car (that has been discontinued) for 15 years I visited several dealers of different makes before deciding on a new car. Even though it is 2017 ,in several instances, I was treated as if I were "the little woman" who couldn't possibly be capable of negotiating a deal or in fact understanding what car I "should buy". From pushy sales people and the hard sell , to sales managers who couldn't ' be bothered to speak with me at my request, to ridiculous offers, it was every nightmare searching for a new car as a woman could be. Not so with Lia Honda. I cannot speak as to other Lia salespeople, but Jason Cross is the best. He made the whole experience as pleasant as it can be. He treated me as a serious capable customer at all times, gave me his full attention, stayed in good humor, and worked really hard to accomplish the deal I wanted. Were that every dealership I had visited had a "Jason"! ) More
