My sales consultant Jay Birnbuam was very understanding and allowed me to take a different care of the same model on a test drive while the car that was bought was being inspected. He went over all the paper work slowly and explained what each paper and signature ment. He showed me where the service area was, how to enter when I bring the car back to be serviced , where the waiting area was and introduced me to the service team. After that he went out to the car with me and went through all the features and gave me a few tips to avoid some common trouble shooting type issues. He took his time and answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend this dealer and Jay! More

Friendly, fast, economical I bought an HR-V which had been traded in by a close friend and I had been to this dealership several times with her. There is an issue with the A/C I bought an HR-V which had been traded in by a close friend and I had been to this dealership several times with her. There is an issue with the A/C not always supplying COLD air which was verified on site. The Service Dept. tried out the A/C but on that occasion it worked fine so I have to return for the problem to actually be corrected.(under warranty). More

Great experience, with great mix of insight &space to decide Great buying experience! We went into Lia thinking we would just browse as our car had just died. Jay had all the answers but also gave us the needed space to make the decision on our time. Throughout the processes we never felt pressured in anyway. He helped with everything from the car to getting everything in order for the finance ppl, I would say Jay was the highlight of our Lia experience!!! Jason Cross was my guy in this purchase, and he seemed to be someone who would do anything he can for his customers (including running behind the car pretending to be a vehicle to show the safety features). He was very knowledgeable on the car that I ultimately bought, and even owned one of them. I was pleased with his laid back attitude, as I find most salesmen to be pushy and aggressive. I was also assisted by Jeff Russell who was super helpful and professional. Great purchase, and I will consider them in the future when we need our next car. More
