When I called Lia Honda in Albany, Jason worked with me to find the CRV with the color and trim package I wanted. He was also very diligent about the financing. When I made the hour drive from Hudson Falls to Lia In Albany I found my car ready to go, AND most of the paperwork done! All that was left was a tutorial from Jason on some of the new electronics, (it was a 16 year upgrade), and I was on my way. It was easy as that! Thanks Jason, you did a great job for me! More

I had no intention of buying a Honda I was actually looking at Subarus. Jason allowed me to drive Civics, HRVs and CRVS. I ended up with the CIVIC TOURING, what an absolute delight this car is to drive. It's what I call the souped up Civic with all the bells and whistles. Jason has even sent me a tutorial on how to use this CIVIC and I'm glad he did. He has followed up with me and has given me even more information on all the capability and short cuts in knowing my vehicle. Like I say, it has lots of bells and whistles. More than any other car I have ever driven (48 years worth). I just went in for my 1,000 mile check up. I was in and out in 10 minutes. All procedures were done in a friendly, efficient manner. I highly recommend Lia Honda of Albany and especially Jason Cross, Number 1 in my book! More

Quick and Easy I purchased my 2015 Honda Civic EX 2 years ago from Rob Dawes at Lia Honda and had such a great experience that when my husband and I were in the mark I purchased my 2015 Honda Civic EX 2 years ago from Rob Dawes at Lia Honda and had such a great experience that when my husband and I were in the market to trade in his car we drove past more "local" (to us) Honda dealerships and right back to Rob at Lia Honda. The process was quick and easy. I think we waited longer for him to be done with the person he was working with when we arrived than it took to "make the deal". We picked up our car last night and could not be any happier! Finance manager is dishonest They gave me the runaround because I did not use their auto financing. Ran my credit without my authorization then tried to get me to give them pay They gave me the runaround because I did not use their auto financing. Ran my credit without my authorization then tried to get me to give them pay and residential information even though I did not have to because my bank already verified everything. Finance manager Nick was very rude and ended up speaking with general manager because I was getting the runaround. Was never treated so shabbily. Horrible horrible dealership More
