Dan was my sales consultant - he was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful in every step of the process. He asked me what my wants and needs are for a new vehicle, and then he showed me my options accommodating, and helpful in every step of the process. I was impressed that inventory from another location (Newburgh) was available to me, as well as what was on the lot. He explained the current promotions (which happened to be an extremely great financing rate) and gave me numbers without any hidden fees. I asked about adding the remote car starter, and he explained my options thoroughly, which I was happy to receive as this has always been on my "wish list". The cost was worked into the financing and I extremely happy about that. Dan was also very helpful during the insurance call and ensured that it was quick and painless. Dan also gave me an orientation to my new vehicle, which I was very impressed by and happy to have been shown all the new and cool features of my new Honda. Although I only met Wyatt very briefly, as we were introduced because he was to give the estimate for my trade-in value, he was very friendly. I was happy with the trade-in value for my old car. Paul helped me with the financing process, which again, was another smooth and painless process. He was very congenial. The approval from Honda Financing was very fast and I was quickly relieved of my mild anxiety. Paul also gave me my options for additional maintenance packages available to me that could be worked into the financing as well. I was happy to learn that I was able to customize which packages I wanted, and that the packages presented were more like suggestions. I chose two maintenance packages that worked best for me. Last, but not least, is Erik, who works in the service department. He is my main GO-TO guy whenever I needed services with my old Honda. Erik helped me when I was cleaning out the old car by providing me with a box to put my stuff in, and even helped me move stuff from the old car to the new car. Erik just went above and beyond. I've been coming to Honda of Kingston since 2008, when I got my old Honda; and Erik has always been super friendly and super accommodating. I trust him completely with the maintenance choices for my car, and I am completely thankful he is there at Honda of Kingston. Overall, a very satisfying car buying experience. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everybody was just friendly and helpful and provided accurate information. I would happily recommend anyone to Honda of Kingston and their superior staff. More

My husband and I just stopped in to see what they had in stock. Manny came out to help us. He wasnt pushy at all and we both liked that. That is our biggest problem with dealerships. I recently went down to visit Honda of Kingston to just get a pricing idea on a CR-V...I was happily greeted by Dan McMillan and asked if he could help...I told him my situation and he said why don't we go get a pricing idea on a CR-V...I was happily greeted by Dan McMillan and asked if he could help...I told him my situation and he said why don't we go in and do some number crunching...Mind you i had no intention of going down to get a new vehicle at all...I was just there to get some idea if a new vehicle would be possible...After about a half hour or so and meeting Wyatt who was also a pleasure to work with...suddenly i have a clearer picture of possibly getting a new vehicle...And not just new i mean brand new...After two days I was driving a brand new 2012 CR-V and couldn't be happier...Dan was great and made me feel important...confident and only talking with him for such a short period of time i felt like we have known each other forever...I can also say the same for Wyatt and Mr Morehead who also helped speed things right along and made me feel very comfortable in what i was doing...If you want to get a new Honda and have never gone to Honda of Kingston go NOW cuz they are the best and you will not be dissapointed...Thank you Honda of Kingston and special thanks to Dan and Wyatt for your help and support...YOU GUYS FRIGGIN ROCK!!!! This is our second time buying from this dealership. Most of the negotiations were conducted on line with Dayna Collins. She was great. After the price was agreed on, they found my Odyssey within a couple of days as promised. Roof rails and crossbars were not on the Odyssey when I went to pick it up, as per our agreement. They were ordered and installed in a very acceptable time frame and manner. Cris Donald and Manny were great with the final details at the dealership, and Ron Morehead handled the final paperwork very efficiently. I was working with four other Honda dealers, and Honda of Kingston came out on top. It was also convenient for us, as they were the closest dealer to us. I would recommend them, and already have, to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda. More
I was looking to purchase a used Pilot (2010 or 2011) with pretty specific parameters of color, price, miles and some options. Chris and the others mentioned above, began an extensive search and did not stop until the most perfect vehicle was found for me. They came up with a few that either I did not "like" or something fell through with obtaining it and kept searching until they found the right fit.I stood firm on my parameters (wishes & wants)and they met my requests. Only option I would have enjoyed, but that my vehicle type didn't have was the sunroof... All the members of Kingston Honda were polite, friendly, professional and seemed to work with a high level of honesty and integrity. Thanks!! More
