I brought my Honda CRV to Lia Honda in Kingston, NY, several weeks ago, suspecting a transmission problem. I dealt with a service advisor, Susan Kelly. She let me and wife know about the status of the r several weeks ago, suspecting a transmission problem. I dealt with a service advisor, Susan Kelly. She let me and wife know about the status of the repair process as it happened. Susan contacted the carrier of the extended warranty I have, arranged for the inspection and approval for another transmission to be installed. I was suprised how quickly this was possible. The whole process took less time than expected, about 7 days. I was prepared to wait at least several weeks which is usual I understand for the entire repair. Both myself and wife appreciated the outstanding service from Lia Honda thru Susan Kelly. We look forward to dealing with her and Lia Honda in the future. More
