I have been working and staying in Kingston for the last two months . On the weekends I return home. It’s a 100 mile drive back. I scheduled an appointment with my mechanic for Saturday morning. As luck would have it, I stayed in Kingston through the weekend. Just as well, my 2011 Honda Pilot was in no condition for that long drive. Even though my car is out of warranty, I only trust a Honda dealer, other than my own mechanic. I called LIA Honda on Thursday afternoon and was fortunate to Doran with Rob Munson. Rob assured me he would take good care of my vehicle and communicate every move. Rob provided reasonable pricing and excellent service. I dropped my beloved Pilot off by 7:30 AM, and was able to pick it up by 2:30 PM. It was just what I needed. Rob advised me all the way through, and thoroughly professional.
