She followed up by instructing the mechanic to extensively road test the vehicle and then did another road test herself. Our salesperson Nicole Leader was helpful until immediately after the purchase at which point she become unresponsive and rude. The dealer had issues in the registration process and Nicole did not immediately after the purchase at which point she become unresponsive and rude. The dealer had issues in the registration process and Nicole did nothing to help us get our car registered. It's been over two months since purchase now and we still do not have a registered vehicle. You might have a good experience here if everything is standard but if you have any special circumstances, the customer service and execution is appallingly poor. More
