Hello, We're very sorry to hear of your disappointment with delay in the registration of your vehicle you purchased from us and we do understand your frustration. However, the registration is out of our hands and due to COVID-19 , the DMV is backed up for 30 to 60 days. Everything on end at the dealership has been sent in and we did provide you with a tracking number. Thank you, Lia Honda of Kingston

RLJ responded

This is untrue. The DMV reached out to me directly because they were unable to get ahold of Lia to sort out the myriad issues with the paperwork. In short, Lia provided incomplete information in the registration application. The DMV rejected the application TWICE (Lia was given the chance to correct it but instead resubmitted with the same missing information). Lastly, there is no such thing as a tracking number in this case. Honesty and accountability would be a welcome treat from a dealer.
