My service coordinator, Robert Munson was kind, professional and knowlegdeable. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with Bob's service but with the amount of time I spent waiting. I arr professional and knowlegdeable. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with Bob's service but with the amount of time I spent waiting. I arrived early by 15 minutes and left many hours later. Far more than quoted. I know it is hard to hire people now, but a full day in a waiting room was a bit much. Shout out to Nicole Leader too.
