I had a recall on my Honda CRV and was a bit early, but was taken right in, and was told that it would take at least a couple of hours. Within a few minutes, I was escorted to the shuttle bus that brought was taken right in, and was told that it would take at least a couple of hours. Within a few minutes, I was escorted to the shuttle bus that brought me home. Then later, I was notified that my car was done and shuttle on its way For me to pick up my car. A multi point inspection was done as well as the fuel pump motor replaced, and the outside of my car was cleaned!
