My wife had previously leased an HRV from Kingston Lia in 2017 and it had been a positive experience, so I decided to go to them for the purchase of a new car. He clearly and patiently explained the details involved in the purchase of my new CRV and made sure I was aware of all the features of the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. Lia works with customers and even informs customers of potential service they need down the road (rather than trying to sell the work at the time of service).
