He was instrumental in our decision to buy from Lia Honda. Due to our age and medical concerns, during this pandemic, Matthew ensured that all safety precautions were observed. He went above and beyond to make sure there was minimal contact. He was with us, wearing a mask, gloves, and maintained social distancing, while still able to answer all questions and make the process smooth and simple. He personally sanitized and detailed the vehicle and prepared a table and chairs in a garage bay, which he sanitized as well, where we signed the contract and other paperwork. He made sure other personnel were aware of our concerns and, as a result, other staff respected our wishes as well. We highly recommend Matthew Tori and Lia Honda. More
