Anyway, for customers it is a pleasure to be there as well, and the staff in the service area are more than equal to the quality and amenities of the building itself. On my two most recent visits I was assisted by Debra Gambino, who I knew only by sight before, and she was absolutely on top of everything that was going on as well as being friendly, professional, and relaxed - a soothing combination for worried car owners, for sure! I would like to point out that no one makes fun of my somewhat damaged 2012 Odyssey with 260,000 miles, treating it as carefully as all the beautiful new vehicles on the lot. Prices for honest and competent car repair are no joke these days, so when a person can leave feeling safe and satisfied at least that everything was done to a 'T', it is a big relief. On my last visit on a Friday I had to leave my car since parts needed to be ordered. I was warned it could take until the following Thursday to have them shipped and installed. On Saturday I got a call from the Service Dept. saying that my car was ready... it had been prepped Friday afternoon with the defective parts removed to be ready for repair, the new ones had been expedited, a technician had come in at FIVE IN THE MORNING to install them, and I could pick it up! I was thrilled, and only a little disappointed because - as my loaner car for the expected week I'd have to wait - I had been given a brand-spanking-new 2020 CRV with 24 miles on the odometer! SWEET.
