Best service experience ever! From beginning to end, my experience at Lia Honda was wonderful. Sue Kelly greeted us right away, explained everything, and took my car right away. We waited for the completion of the service, which was a recall, and it included a free oil change and filter and car wash....I was really stunned! The waiting room was extremely pleasant, stocked with coffee and donuts, comfortable seating. Although I have to travel a fair distance to get to this dealership, I plan to always do it in the future, it was that good. More

I have been receiving repair work at several dealerships through the years and they must all subscribe to the same software for the paperwork. The customer receipt has all the information that I want on it, it’s iust difficult to follow and find the information. It’s just not a user friendly product. I want to see a line item for the parts and labor for that item in one place for each item of repair work. Now it’s separated and I’m always trying to figure out the labor for what was worked on. More
