I had everything lined up and done through Breanna. I was put in a waiting area for half hour. Darian said we found a vehicle that your approved for. So he took me into show the car. It was being cleaned and worked on. So he asked me to come back the next day to test drive and get a better look at car. My husband and I came back next day. We started asking questions about the car, how much was it? Why is it we are being charged way over what it was worth. Still no word on payment amount or anything. I said I needed to know before I decided on car. He was a rude and huffy and went off to talk to someone. Came back a bit later with the information and said here sign. I’m like no I’ll look it over. He said everything was good and I was grow great deal because he has to pay like $50 more a month. I told him several times a family member wanted to come and look things over and see what loan was and interest rate and all. He kept saying no he doesn’t need to come there’s nothing for anyone to see. I spoke several times that I was not signing and to see if manager would hold car. He said NO he was going to wait. I couldn’t believe how he was treating me and my husband. We just turned around and left. Car was nice but not well taken care of and it was still dirty even after they cleaned it. More
I dealt with Mike Markota & could not have been more pleased . He was personable, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Lia is a Great Dealer With Superb Service I negotiated everything online and on the phone before even coming in. When I came in it was only to sign the final paperwork. Lia had my vehicle read I negotiated everything online and on the phone before even coming in. When I came in it was only to sign the final paperwork. Lia had my vehicle ready with my requested add-ons already installed. Big thanks to Ernestina Carosella for working hard to set everything up on the paperwork front and working with the service team to make sure my car was ready to drive off the lot. BE AWARE OF CURTIS AND THIS DEALERSHIP.. Curtis, gentleman dark complexion with glasses. I was first met with Brianna who I have been communicating via email and reached on a price and final numbers. She introduced me to shane who was to show me the vehicle i was interested in. He tried to have me test drive another honda ex-l then the one i came to see.. After holding my ground and saying i wish to test the honda pilot i came to see and possibly purchase die to scams That have occurred in the past. he mentioned he needed to speak with management. He came back shortly saying i need to Put a deposit on honda pilot if i liked it after test driving. I said if that is the case thank you and have a good day lets not waste each others time. He then went to speak with management.he came back and said no problem and proceeded to bring car out of showroom. I test drove vehicle alongside shane. After arriving at dealership i mentioned to shane i would like the vehicle. Shortly after being asked to sit at a desk of his choosing he came over with a manager “Curtis”. Curtis acted as if interested about my test drive but clearly not in the least. He then proceeds to tell me a deposit was necessary. Again i reiterated i mentioned no money would be deposited at the time to both brianna before arriving and to shane after arriving . I looked at shane and said that before test driving i was clear of no money down and if it was necessary then no sense wasting each others time. Curtis proceeded to ask again for a deposit. At that time i walked up and said your trying to bamboozle me as i made it clear with several people at this dealership. And once again said to shane i told you upfront no Money was to be deposited but yet you allowed me To test drive as if i was going to change my mind. . As this was going on i looked in the corner of my and see Brianna with the look as if she knew what was going to happen. They tried to gang up on me but did not work. DO NOT BUY FROM LIA HONDA KINGSTON. WATCH OUT FOR CURTIS! More
Love the new Lia Honda dealership! I've been going to this dealership for years, back when the service center was on Broadway, and have worked with Sue Kelly as my service manager for y I've been going to this dealership for years, back when the service center was on Broadway, and have worked with Sue Kelly as my service manager for years. The old place was kind of dingy and quirky, but the staff was always great and the service was excellent and fairly priced. Now under the new owner and in a brand new facility, the service and the staff are still terrific, and you wait for your service to be completed in a space that looks more like a hotel lobby than a car dealership. Nicely done, Honda! And thank you, Sue Kelly--glad to see a friendly, familiar face in the new digs! More

Rob was very helpful, getting me an estimate in a short period of time and making arrangements for additional services needed. According to the dealership policy, the car has to be dropped off before the battery is ordered. I brought the car in on Friday morning and received a call Monday afternoon that it was ready to be picked up! Excellent service! Thank you! More

Excellent experience ! I went to Lia Honda to replace a recalled airbag. He showed me to the pleasant waiting area and came back to tell me when my car was finished. They did a free screening and a free car wash just as he had said as well as replace the airbag of course! Now I have sold new cars for another Brand for 10 years and now retired. So I know the mailer is to generate traffic and sales on a particular day. But when leasing our Honda from Lia in their old building was so pleasant and a very good deal I want to hear the offer and perhaps lease another Pilot. We were 10 minutes late for our appointment and the receptionist informed us that their was an hour wait, So we had coffee and waited.for about and and a half and decided to leave. We informed the receptionist and told her we'd stop back in on Monday as I had to bring the car in for a recurring problem. She said sorry for the wait and that they'd honor the mailer on Monday. I said thank you and returned today. The salesman was polite and I informed him that if the numbers were right I'd lease a vehicle today. So he returned with an offer from the manager that was 450 dollars higher than my current payment roughly 700 dollars(I upgraded to a more expensive model). I asked what was the selling price that the numbers were being calculated on and he informed me that it was at full window sticker price. So I told him that I was not going to pay full window and to tell his manager I would lease a vehicle if the price was lower, At no time did he ask what is a "comfortable payment" or what would be a buy it payment(no trial close) so he came back with the Manager who treated me like I was someone causing trouble in the dealership and pretty much was showing me to the door. He said "you have selling experience, you know how it works" And did not try to sell me a lower trim level or any price adjusting, just that he was over allowing on the trade and thats why he was charging me full window. Never gave me a second chance by re working his numbers and told me to have a nice day. I know where Im not going in 12 months when my Pilot lease is up. While I was waiting I heard two other couples complaining about price and payment too. If I had a financial interest in this Franchise I'd have a look at salesmanship and courtesy there. I will be looking elsewhere , I cant check off their names because they didn't give me a card or I would. Sales Mahager was the worst Ive ever met More
