The point is he took his time to go over everything with me. While it was in the shop they also cleaned some stain off my backseat which made me a veryyyyy happy customered. My other car is a Toyota and I use Toyota service. But although they are good, Susan outshines them all. I wish I had two Honda`s. I purchased my Honda CR-V in Pennsylvania, which is near my brothers house. I usually visit him and use Piazza Honda. But Nobody treats me as well as Susan Kelly. More
