Sale was great, service afterwards terrible I wrote a review of the sale right afterwards, as I had a great experience with that. Update - 2 months after getting the car, we had an issue with the AC. I contacted the service department, and was told that it was no longer under warranty. Upon checking state law afterwards, discovered that while the original 36 month/36k miles warranty was up, lemon law states that cars over 36k miles but under 80k miles have a 60 day/3000 miles warranty that should have covered this. I am disappointed with their service especially after having a good experience with the sale. Would recommend anybody looking for a new car have it thoroughly checked by an outside mechanic before purchase. More

Helpful and efficient As I was coming into Kingston I realized my car was having a problem, so I drove straight to Honda service. It was shortly before closing time but as As I was coming into Kingston I realized my car was having a problem, so I drove straight to Honda service. It was shortly before closing time but as usual Debra Gambino got one of the service techs to take care of it quickly and cheerfully. I wasn’t made to feel like it was an imposition. Debbie Gambino has also assisted me and another gentleman (however I don't recall his name), too. All three have worked together as a team to assure all of my concerns are taken care of respectfully and professionally. Even when I call in or drop by for a emergency repair. They schedule my appointments immediately and Sue has made arrangements for a courtesy car when my CRV needed to remain at the shop overnight. Thank you for all that you do. They are true team players with the right mix of professionalism and humor. There is still that needed human touch at LIA HONA of Kingston. Wini H. More
