Debbie was amazing! My husband and I were in the area on vacation when our new car starting giving us numerous alerts and was not drive-able. Our car was towed to the Kingston Honda Service department where we were greeted by Debbie. We were not happy that we had to leave our brand new 2018 car there for a week but the situation was made tolerable because of the customer service we received from Debbie. She was very helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and and caring. We believe she really went out of her way to make this not so good situation better for us. More
