I called Lia customer service On March 13 I had a 9am service appt at Lia Honda of Kingston. When I got in my car I found that I had a dead battery. I called Lia customer service to let them know that I'd be late. Thanks to Debra Lia was still able to fit me in that day. The service was excellent, and when I went to pay, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet. Debra was very understanding and recommended that I call her with my credit card number when I got home, Debra was very helpful! More

There was some confusion and obfuscation for about 3 weeks until the curr We ordered our new Ridgeline shortly after Lia took over Honda of Kingston. There was some confusion and obfuscation for about 3 weeks until the current management team took over. Once that occurred, we had the beautiful green Ridgeline delivered in just a few days. I only gave Lia Honda 4 stars due to the initial difficulties. I hope to give the new team 5 stars after future dealings with them. I can't say enough about how professional and courteous Anna-Stesia was throughout the entire process. More
